INDIA SAVED MISSION is a registered public charitable trust in India and operates indiasaved.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it.
2. Information We Collect
When you donate, register for an event, join our family list, subscribe for updates or send a prayer request, we may collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, city, church and donation amount.
Payment details (card, UPI or bank account) are entered directly with our payment partners Razorpay (India) and Donorbox (international). We do not receive or store these details.
Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics tools (such as the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve our outreach.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and confirm your donation and send you a thank-you receipt by email
- To manage monthly donations you have set up
- To send event tickets and updates by WhatsApp or email when you register
- To share ministry news, prayer and upcoming meetings, if you have asked to receive them
- To keep accurate records as required by law
4. Sharing Your Information
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the ministry: Razorpay and Donorbox (payments), our email and WhatsApp messaging providers, and our website hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Data Security
Your information is stored on secure servers and access is limited to authorised members of our team. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.
6. Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to update or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you messages, by emailing indiasaved@gmail.com.
